If a Tree Falls in the Woods...

Quote from one of my classes: "If a man speaks in the middle of the woods, are there is no woman around to hear it, is the man still wrong?"
The answer to that question: YES!

I found the myspace profile for the one guy I used to have a major thing for, that played games with my head throughout most of last year.

What a loser.

What an unbelievible flippin' loser.

I wish I would have seen that last year when he first disappeared, I never would have been blue about that at all. He can't spell, his grammer is horrid, and has all sorts of picture of himself totally and completely trashed posted, as well as comments about his multiple girl friends. It also appears that he has fianlly moved to my hometown. Hmmm... nice... there goes the neighborhood. At least this time, if i run into him, I won't be feeling all sad, and wondering how things would have been if that flirtation had managed to evolve into anything else. Instead, I'll be thinking, "what a flippin' loser! What on Earth did I ever see in him?" Yay! I deserve so much better than that.

In other news, I'm thinking of taking up a minor in philosophy. Who knows, maybe if I'm really ambitious, I'll manage a double major with it. I thought it out, and I would be able to get all the classes I'd need in, in the next 2.5 years, as long as the schedualing works out. If nothing else, I definately want to take modern philosophy and get into Rene Descartes a little deeper, as well as George Berekely. Though I like the ancient stuff too... Socrates, Aristotle... *sigh* such brilliant minds. I've already got the intro class in, and I'm taking philosophy courses for my Ethics and Non-Western studies requirements. With the those three classes, and the two I want to take, I'll only need one more class for the minor. After that, you only need 6 more for the major.
