Water/Mythbusters/Weekend plans

So water main that brings water to campus broke overnight. This means that we really don't have any water to dink or brush our teeth with. It's kinda fixed now, but we don't have any water pressure, so getting a shower is out of the question. The water we are getting is undrinkable, and won't be until at least tomorrow night. So this totally sucks, because my sister is coming up in a bit, bringing me my glasses.

The Mythbusters Christmas Special is on Wednesday. It is so sad that I'm getting totally excited over this. I love that show, it makes me miss cable. I'm not sure it's better than Junkyard Wars though. I need to work on getting my dad to get us a cable hook up again. I don't watch much TV, but when there is nothing to do, and the weather is icky, or you have hurt your back, or even late at night, it is a nice alternative. He's concerned about all the trash that's on TV these days, but like I've told him, you can block channels. I think it's be nice if we could get some interesting, yet educational channels for Julie to watch, like: Animal Planet, Discover Channel, History Channel, National Geographic, and CNN. Those channels plus Fox would keep me happy. All we get right now is Fox.

So I finally watched a Harry Potter movie last night. I must say that contrary to my expectations, it was actually pretty good, I enjoyed it. The rest of the movies are on at other times this weekend, the plan is to get caught up, and see the newest movie.

I also need to go work out sometime today. I went yesterday and got on the treadmill. LOL... I hit what i thought was a fairly fast walk, looked at what my speed was, only to discover that I was walking what I would normally consider my comfortable walking pace. I couldn't go any faster than that either.
