Back to school, back to school...

... to prove to teacher I'm not a fool!

I moved back onto campus yesterday. What can I say, I'm both thrilled and a little disappointed to be back. (Before going any further I'd like to apologize for my last two posts. They were a little venom filled, no? I'm over it, and happy again! Hmm... I might be deleting them later.)

I have my room to myself for the month. That's nice, except I can easily see myself becoming a little bored and lonely here. At least I have my beloved Iago to keep me company. I also have some great friends here at school to keep me company as well. I missed then terribly over break. On the subject of being lonely, one of the worst parts of being back, is the fact that my best friend here at school, did not make it into the program she was pursuing here at college. She's talking to her advisor about what her options are, but it seriously looks like she'll be leaving us at the end of the week. Due to the fact that she lives 7 hours away from here, *sigh* I feel I have the right to be truely upset. Boo hoo! =(

I'm also not looking forward to starting my job here on campus again. I liked the job I was working over break. I usually worked 6 to 9 hour shifts, and in that time there was always plenty of things to do, to keep me busy. There was also a variety of jobs to do as well. Here on campus, it is much different. My shits range from 2.5 to 4 hours. However, you do just one job, and honestly, there isn't that much to do. You wind up standing there, staring off into space, bored to tears. Due to the boredom, I think my 3 hours shifts here, end up seeming longer than my 8 hour shifts at home. I work my first shift since coming back tomorrow and I am not looking forward to it.

As for classes, I've only got one for the month of January. I have it for three hours, every day. It's called something along the lines of "Introduction to Family Relationships". Sounds interesting, I hope it will be able to keep my attention through 3 hours. Since, I've only got this one class to worry about, I'm thinking that I should definately be able to manage an A on it.

I shall have more for you later. I need to catch you up on how my break was. However, I've just gotten out of bed, and I have a lot to get done this morning before my class begins at 1. I need to go buy my textbooks, stop down at the campus center to check on something, finish reorganizing my stuff, and stop down at the Falcon for one of those personal pizzas I've been missing terribly.
